For this project we found solutions for corporate structures that seemed impossible to find. We assisted the client right from the start in their effort to transform an old furniture factory into Romania’s first tech park. This was back in 2013. We went on to further assist them in the leasing process and we advise the local IT start-ups environment.

My experience of 18 years as a business lawyer and the appetite for challenge and creativity in the field of practicing law are the main pillars on which I built Nistorescu Law Office in 2016.
For more than 10 years I was as the founder and the Managing Partner of one of the top law firms of Cluj-Napoca. In 2016 I made a spin off and I started a new law office with a smaller team and a selected clients portfolio. The fresh start and the focus on quality was a true professional boost.
Shortly after establishing the practice, my team started accepting complex cases and challenging project.
We don’t run for getting many cases, we run for the best results. We focus on each case, we work hard, we meet all deadlines and we deliver results.

People rarely associate creativity with the practicing of law. The general assumption is that any attorney who knows well the law and has a certain amount of experience will do an outstanding job in solving cases. This premise is tricky and conceals two undeniable truths.

Brantner Servicii Ecologice is a major waste management company in Romania owned by Austrian company Brantner with more than 700 employees. For several years on we offered our legal expertise in employment law and we successfully negotiated for the client with the unions for best solutions in full compliance with the labor law.
Where every adviser that was asked said “no way”, we really found a way and eventually we put the result on our Client’s table. This was an ambitious corporate&management project where. Solid knowledge of commercial law and high negotiating skills were the keys to achieve the difficult target.
Legal protection and compliance is a “must have” for a music festival. We accepted to be part of a project that would allow us to make full use of our legal experience and that stimulates the creativity. And it did both. This was exactly the sort of work that reminds you that ambition, perseverance and availability to try new things can lead to a long and prosperous relationship.
One challenging merger & acquisition project, which involved expertise and solid knowledge of many legal fields, solid negotiation skills and full dedication for closing the deal. In 2018, the company Profix was acquired by Fischer International GMBH and our law office provided full legal assistance for the acquisition and the implementation process.
Drawing the lawful architecture for a film festival is challenging, but when you are a master at writing contracts and when you have a team experienced in lots of work with short deadlines, such a project is definitely something we are the best at.
An international company with a branch located in Cluj-Napoca as a WorkLife Center. We assisted the company for negotiations, strategy and contracts during challenging issues regarding commercial and employment law.

Alina started her career in practising law in 2010. That was a smart decision considering that her enthusiasm and natural openness towards this profession have enabled her to master corporate and commercial law.
Moreover, the experience gained alongside a capable team has helped her manage litigations in areas such as real estate, civil law, labour law, or contracts law.
With a flawless grasp of the English language, Alina has been able to work on a wide variety of projects over the years.
