The experience of 18 years as a business lawyer and an appetite for challenge and creativity in the field of practicing law are the main pillars on which Milena Nistorescu has built Nistorescu Law Office in 2016. 

Shortly after establishing the practice, my team started accepting complex cases. The variety of solutions we have delivered eventually established the philosophy that currently  describes our work: achieving results through hard work and creativity.

People rarely associate creativity with the practicing of law. The general assumption is that any attorney who knows well the law and has a certain amount of experience will do an outstanding job in solving cases. This premise is tricky and conceals two undeniable truths. 

The first one is that no matter how useful a piece of legislation is, it will always be an imperfect one; that is because it will always fail to clearly & completely express all contexts. And it will always fail to contain the best legal solutions for each and every case.  

The second is that there are almost never two identical situations.
